Wow, it has been awhile since I had time to update this page! Taking care of the family here is something I enjoy, do not get me wrong, but it is a very serious time investment. I get some time to play games, but not much. In fact, I think I had more free time back when I was working full time in Seattle!

This week's update features Brian and his baby Michelle. She is still less than a year old, but every time I see her she has added inches to her height. She's awfully cute, but she's at the point where her teeth are starting to come in. We all know what that means: good times for everyone!

Our mother is doing okay at the moment. We are taking a break on her chemo treatment and waiting for her to recover from the last few months. She is very weak and fatigued, but I am proud of how well she is holding up. I have utter confidence in her ability to turn this around. She has wonderful faith and strength, both of which inspire me daily.

On the bright side, Abby is visiting us for Christmas holiday, which will be nice. I had about three days total to spend with her in October when I was moving out of my old apartment, but most of that time was spent packing. So essentially, we haven't had much time together for the last four months! We are all excited to have her as our guest this Christmas season.
